Services for Individuals

Are you an individual seeking growth in your personal or professional life?

Sometimes it’s hard to know why we behave in certain ways . It can also be difficult to understand other people’s behaviour which feels so different to our own.

Understanding the enneagram can really help in identifying deeply held core beliefs that motivate our behaviour. These beliefs completely colour the way we perceive the world and what we pay attention to. This is often unconscious, but by understanding more about our type patterns we can bring more of this into our awareness. By doing so we give ourselves the opportunity to choose to behave differently, if this will better serve us.

When we understand someone else’s type pattern the enneagram helps us understand that they may be seeing the world very differently and will be paying attention to different things. This understanding builds our compassion and helps us to openly explore these differences using a common language.

Typing interviews

The starting point for the enneagram is to identify your own type pattern. This involves noticing where your attention goes and your habitual ways of thinking. There are lots of books and online tests available, but because the enneagram focuses on what motivates our behaviour, rather than the behaviour itself, these may not always be accurate. Working with a trained practitioner can aid this process through a structured conversation to support your inner exploration.

Typing interviews can be online or face-to-face, and take 50 minutes. At the end of the interview, I’ll suggest your two or three most likely types and encourage you to explore these further. A follow-up session is available at no extra charge, if required, after you have time to reflect on your likely type pattern.

Standard charge: £50 per interview including follow-up session.

If cost is an issue, I offer a small number of subsidised sessions available each year.

Workshops and panels

Monthly Group

I run a free online monthly group, which is open to anyone interested in learning about the enneagram. The group is friendly, supportive and interactive and centres around the use of panels as the primary learning method.

Enneagram panels give valuable insight into the inner world of people who relate to a particular type. A panel usually comprises a group of people who share the same type patterns. During the session, which lasts around 30 -40 minutes, participants explore what it’s like to live with their type patterns through a facilitated discussion, which is witnessed by an audience.

Next dates for the online group workshops and panels:

16th January, 13th February, 12th March 2024.

These all take place from 7.30 to 9 pm and are held over Zoom.

Please contact me if you are interested in joining the group.

One day workshop

I am planning a one-day Introduction to the Enneagram Workshop: in conjunction with my colleague, Helen Watts. The workshop will be held at Stanton St John, near Oxford, on 27th January 2024 from 10 am - 4.30 pm and costs £25

The workshop is for those who are new to the enneagram, whether or not you know your type. Please get in touch if you are interested in coming along.
