Flourish Support offers bespoke workshops to help team members identify their own type patterns and how to put this understanding into practice in the workplace.

A typical workshop outline:

  • Individual typing interviews with all members of the team in advance, to identify their likely type patterns.

  • Half-day workshop with all team members looking at the type patterns in more detail.

  • Create a team map showing where everyone sits on the Enneagram model.

  • Paired conversations about how type patterns show up at work and what this means for working relationships.

  • Ideas for using the Enneagram further in the workplace.

Mindfulness Sessions

We use various mindfulness practices when working with the enneagram to increase our ability to slow down our minds and become more aware of our own inner worlds. I can offer facilitated mindfulness sessions in the workplace which helps people become more present and manage stress.
